It is just 1 more week away from the AFA and 2 more weeks to the first big Battle Spirits Championship Tournament in Singapore! Are you guys ready for the showdown?? If you are still wandering how and what to do to improve your deck, you have come to the right place! Today, I'm going to review some powerful and strong cards, so are u guys prepared? If you guys haven't gotton your starter decks, GOOD NEWS!!!!!! The shipment for the ENGLISH STARTER DECK will be out next week and will be on sales next THURSDAY IN ALL WORLD OF JJ OUTLETS!!

Here we go!

White Potion

Definately a usefull card! This card allows you to refresh one exhausted spirit you control! That means that you can launch another attack or defend yourself when needed! It has a reduction cost possible of 3 which makes it a potential 1 cost white card if played in the right situations! If the reduction cost requirements are fulfilled, God knows what kind of havoc you can rain on your unsuspecting opponent with another barrage of attacks from this card! Also, cards like Sha-zoo fear this card! If they exhaust your monsters, just use this card and get back into the fray! Many combos and skillful counters can make use of this card so don't hesistate to throw one or two into your deck!

The Sealed Spellbook

Hey hey hey! This is one really cool new card! Tired of seeing cards like "Flame Tempest" and "The seven Shogun Desperado" swath a path clean through your army of monsters? Now, with this card around, THOU SHALL NOT FEAR! With this nexus just being at level 1, everytime a card effect that affects both players is activated, you have the power to decide who gets to utilize the effect! Imagine a this scene when you cast Flame Tempest to clear a walkway through your enemies line of defense without harming all your small monsters! It will be one heck of struggle for your opponent to stay alive! As stated above, it also allows you to bend your enemies effects to your advantage! So enemies beware lest your plan backfires!

Now the fun really begins when this card is at level 2! Why you ask? It is because during your battle phase, any effects that render you liable to draw will allow you to draw twice as much! With cards like Bi-python that give you the power to draw a card when it attacks, so with this card out you will get to draw 2 cards with one attack! One other cool combo is using the Ancient Dragon Territory at Level 2 alongside the Sealed Spellbook! This combo allows you to draw 2 cards whenever your spirits defeat an opponents spirit! You also send the cores on the destroyed spirits into the graveyard, which prevent the enemy from mounting a comeback at you with the cores on his spirits! Last but not least, A monster combo would also do well with this card! And i feel the monster best suited for the job is Mistweasel! When mistweasel is destroyed you get to draw 3 cards! Now imagine if it is destroyed during your battle phase? With the sealed spell book at level 2, you will get to draw 6 cards!! This is a very good way to give yourself more advantage in terms of hand size! How to get him to be destroyed? Simple, just send him on a suicide mission through the enemy ranks! If that does not work, you can always blast away at the field with cards like Flame Tempest. If this is carried out properly, you would have gained an enormous advantage both on the field and in terms of hand size! (Remember to level up spirits often!)

Also, its reduction of 3 makes it a formidable force early game for 2 cores! What more can you ask of this card? With such strong cards, I'm sure you can find some really cool new combos with the cards! Don't forget to mix around the cards from Bs01 & Bs02! They may open the way to greater combos for you!
