The Tyrant Fuhjaus
After looking thru the list I find out that this dragon really have the potential to become cards which can be played in main deck or side board. 
For lvl 1 you get to destroy all nexus your opponent control. It a very good cards to count opponent which play multiple nexus like “the fruit of life”,"The Historic Battlefield of the cursed", "The Limestone cave of emerald", "the spiral tower" and etc. This will not only destroy their nexus by doing this you can slower down many deck which relay on their nexus by spoiling their combo.
As for Lvl 2 you can refers spirits like “The Thunder dragon – El Clair” or other winged dragon you control which already declare attack once. This will really speed up either destroying opponent spirits by attacking or drop opponent life fast.
Lastly for Lvl 3 when you defeat a opponent spirit you still can choose another opponent summoning cost 3 or less sprits and destroy it. By using 1 spirits you killed 2 of opponent spirits a worth trade.
